Two ways to work with us

Whether you need data or hold it, start with a conversation.

We're contact-led on purpose. Data done right depends on context — who you're reaching, why, and how the data was collected — so we scope every request with a person, not a checkout page.

For buyers

Buy data

Sales, marketing and agency teams who need contacts for prospecting, direct marketing, enrichment or list hygiene. Tell us who you're trying to reach and how you plan to reach them.

  • B2B and consumer contact data scoped to your criteria
  • Append and enrichment for records you already own
  • Hygiene: validation, postal updates, phone type and DNC flags
  • A sample and field list before you commit

For data owners

Monetize your data

Businesses and publishers holding permissioned data they'd like to license responsibly. Tell us what you have and how it was collected — we'll tell you honestly whether and how it can go to market.

  • Provenance and consent review before anything else
  • Packaging: data dictionary, samples and documentation
  • Licensing models that fit your data and your risk appetite
  • Clear red lines — no sensitive data, no data without notice

Data types

Know exactly what you're buying.

Each data type has its own fields, sourcing, uses and rules. Our guides explain all of it in plain English before you ever request a quote.

How it works

Fast where it counts. Careful where it matters.

Speed comes from a clear process, not shortcuts. Here's what happens after you get in touch.

If you're buying data

  1. 01

    Tell us your criteria

Your ideal customer profile or audience, the channels you'll use, and your intended purpose.

  2. 02

    We scope counts & fields

We confirm what's available against your criteria and which fields can be delivered.

  3. 03

    Sample & quote

You review a sample and a written quote before anything is licensed.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Files over secure transfer, in the layout you need, with a data card describing the file.

  5. 05

    Refresh

Contact data ages. We'll recommend a sensible refresh and hygiene cadence.

If you're monetizing data

  1. 01

    Tell us what you have

The kind of data, how it was collected, how current it is and roughly how it's structured.

  2. 02

    Provenance & consent review

We look at notices, consent language and collection methods to see what uses are permitted.

  3. 03

    Packaging

Data dictionary, de-identification or hashing where appropriate, samples and documentation.

  4. 04

    Go to market

Licensing to buyers with a stated permissible purpose, under terms that protect you.

Why compliance matters

Accuracy and compliance are the substance. Speed is the bonus.

A fast list that gets you sued, blocklisted or ignored isn't fast — it's expensive. The rules on calling, texting, emailing and selling personal data are real, and they apply to buyers and sellers alike.

Permissible purpose, stated up front

Every buyer tells us how the data will be used. If the use doesn't fit the data's permissions, we say no.

Calls and texts need consent

Telemarketing and texting consumers is governed by federal and state rules. Phone data is not a substitute for consent.

Consumer email should be opt-in

Email marketing to consumers works best — and safest — when the people on the list asked to hear from you.

No sensitive data

We don't offer health, precise geolocation, children's or financial account data. Not as a select, not as an append.

“The fastest way to a good list is to be precise about who you want, why you want them, and what you're allowed to do once you have them.”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most. Each guide has its own, more detailed FAQ.

What kind of data does Warp Speed Data provide?

Business (B2B) contact data with firmographics, consumer contact data with demographic and lifestyle selects, append and enrichment for records you already hold, and hygiene services such as email validation, postal standardization and phone type and Do Not Call flagging. Every order is scoped to your criteria and intended use.

How do I get pricing?

Pricing depends on the data type, the fields you need, the size of the audience and how often you want it refreshed. Tell us your criteria through the contact page and we'll come back with counts, a sample and a written quote.

Can I buy a list and start calling or texting it?

Not without the right consent. Marketing calls and texts to consumers are regulated by the TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry and state laws, and some require prior express written consent. Business contacts carry rules of their own. We'll flag phone types and DNC status where relevant, but lawful use is the buyer's responsibility — see our compliance overview.

How fresh is the data?

Contact data decays continuously as people change jobs, move and switch numbers or email addresses. We describe recency and refresh cadence for each file rather than making blanket claims, and we recommend running hygiene before every major campaign.

I have customer or subscriber data. Can I sell it?

Possibly — it depends on what people were told when the data was collected, what they agreed to, and which laws apply. The first step is always a provenance and consent review. If the data was collected without adequate notice or consent, the honest answer is that it shouldn't be sold.

Is the information on this site legal advice?

No. Our guides explain how data and the major US rules generally work so you can ask better questions. For decisions about your specific situation, talk to a qualified attorney.

Tell us what you need — or what you have.

Share your criteria or describe your data. We'll scope it, explain what's realistic, and follow up with next steps. No obligation, and no pressure.
