About

Contact data should be fast to get and safe to use.

Warp Speed Data is a data vendor platform for B2B and consumer contact data. We help buyers get scoped, documented data for prospecting, marketing, enrichment and hygiene — and help data owners bring permissioned data to market responsibly.

Our mission

Close the gap between fast and right.

Contact data has a reputation problem. Buyers have been burned by lists that bounce, numbers that ring the wrong person and files nobody can explain. Data owners have watched information collected in good faith end up in places their customers never expected. And the people in the data deserve better than either.

We think most of that comes from treating data as a commodity to move quickly rather than a responsibility to handle well. Our approach is simple: understand what each buyer needs and why, understand where each dataset came from and what it permits, and connect the two — quickly, clearly and in writing.

That's also why this site reads more like a field guide than a sales pitch. The better you understand data types, sourcing, hygiene and the rules that apply, the better your questions — and the better your results.

Principles

Four principles, and what they look like in practice.

Principles are easy to write down. These are the ones we hold ourselves to on every request, and the specific habits that back them up.

Accuracy

Contact data is only valuable if it reaches the right person. We'd rather deliver a smaller file that's well matched to your criteria than a big one padded with near-misses.

In practice

  • Scope to your criteria instead of selling a generic list
  • Describe recency honestly and recommend refreshes
  • Offer validation and hygiene alongside every data type

Consent

People's information should be used in ways they were told about. That principle shapes what we offer buyers and what we'll take to market for data owners.

In practice

  • Ask every buyer for a stated permissible purpose
  • Review provenance and consent before licensing owner data
  • Decline sensitive data categories entirely

Speed

Speed is our name, and we mean it — but it comes from clear scoping and a repeatable process, never from skipping the checks that keep you and the people in the data protected.

In practice

  • Ask the right questions up front so scoping moves quickly
  • Show samples early so you can decide fast
  • Deliver in the format your systems already expect

Transparency

You should understand what you're buying or selling. We explain fields, sourcing categories, limitations and rules in plain English — on this site and in every quote.

In practice

  • Publish detailed guides on data types and the rules around them
  • Document every delivery with a data card
  • Say no clearly, with reasons, when a request isn't a fit

What we do

For buyers

  • B2B contact data with firmographics and optional technographic layers
  • Consumer contact data with demographic and lifestyle selects
  • Email, phone and postal append; firmographic enrichment; reverse append
  • Hygiene: postal standardization and move updates, email validation, phone type and DNC flagging, dedupe

What we do

For data owners

  • Provenance and consent review before anything goes to market
  • Packaging: data dictionaries, standardization, samples and data cards
  • Licensing models from one-time licenses to recurring feeds
  • Buyer vetting, with stated permissible purpose and written use terms

What we don't do

Some lines we don't cross.

  • Offer sensitive data — health, precise geolocation, children's data or financial account data
  • License data collected without notice or consent
  • Help anyone get around Do Not Call, consent or privacy laws
  • Publish inflated counts or accuracy claims we can't stand behind

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who does Warp Speed Data work with?

Two groups: buyers — sales, marketing and agency teams who need contact data for prospecting, direct marketing, enrichment and hygiene — and data owners, such as businesses and publishers who hold permissioned data and want to license it responsibly.

Why don't you have a self-serve list builder?

Because the right answer depends on context a checkout page can't capture: your purpose, your channels, and — for data owners — how the data was collected. A short conversation lets us scope accurately and flag compliance issues before they become problems.

Will you turn down a request?

Yes. If the intended use doesn't fit the data's permissions, if a request involves sensitive categories we don't offer, or if a dataset was collected without adequate notice or consent, we'll say so and explain why.

Is your educational content legal advice?

No. We write our guides to help you understand how data and the major rules generally work. For decisions about your specific situation, consult a qualified attorney.

Let's talk about your data.

Share your criteria or describe your data. We'll scope it, explain what's realistic, and follow up with next steps. No obligation, and no pressure.
