These terms govern your use of warpspeeddata.com. Any data we license is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Using this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. You may browse and read the site for your own business and educational purposes. Please don't misuse it — for example by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping it at scale, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission, or submitting false or harmful information through the inquiry form.

Inquiries are not orders

Submitting the inquiry form doesn't create an obligation for either party. Any purchase or licensing arrangement happens only under a separate written agreement that describes the data, permitted use, term and fees.

Data-use expectations

Anyone who licenses data from us agrees, in their written agreement, to terms that include at least these:

  • Stated permissible purpose. Buyers tell us how the data will be used, and use it only for that purpose.
  • Lawful use is the buyer's responsibility. That includes obtaining the right consent before calling or texting consumers, honoring the National Do Not Call Registry and state Do Not Call lists, complying with email law, and complying with applicable privacy laws.
  • Consumer email should be opt-in. We expect consumer email programs to be built on permission.
  • Honor opt-outs. Buyers must honor opt-out, unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests and keep suppression lists current.
  • No resale or redistribution unless the agreement expressly allows it.
  • No unlawful or harmful uses, including discrimination, harassment, or any eligibility decision (such as credit, employment, insurance or housing) unless the agreement and applicable law expressly permit it.
  • Security. Protect delivered data with reasonable safeguards and delete it when the license ends.

Data owners who license data through us agree to terms covering the accuracy of the information they provide about how their data was collected, the notices and consents that apply, and their right to license it.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text and graphics on this site belong to Warp Speed Data or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with attribution. Please don't republish our guides in full or present them as your own.

No warranties

This site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free, complete or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warp Speed Data isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

If we link to other websites, such as government resources, we're not responsible for their content or practices.
